FVTVR3S makes it onto DFR!

A new internet phenomenon has surfaced. Could it be the next LOLcats? FVTVR3S has gotten in on the ground floor of this strange new world -- a world where pansexual desires have led to the most uncouth of couplings. I'm talkin' dinosaurs fuckin' robots. Scaly claws caressing aluminum outer casings... you get the picture. Regardless of how you view the mating of our most basic concepts of both the distant past and future, each image is accompanied by an inspirational message. Here was mine, which was posted over my spring break last week. Expect weirder things to cum from this website.

Another unlikely coupling I have for you here is Franz Ferdinand's surprisingly catchy cover of Britney Spears' "Womanizer" found via Persona Sauna.

Mad Rad at Sasquatch!

Hip hop Seattle party slammers MAD RAD were quietly added to Sasquatch's Sunday lineup. Hopefully theyre going to get everybody started off right at the dance tent before Deadmau5 kills it. Sunday was looking weak compared to the other days, so I'm glad these guys are going to be there to pick it up. I'll definitely get down with these dudes shredding instead of Nine Inch Nails on the main stage.
Check their myspace here and snag the Filejerks remix of their song "Crack the Blunt" right  here.

Little Boots + Kid Cudi at SXSW

Evidently there was an impromptu ending to Little Boots' set at SXSW tonight and luckily there was somebody with a camera there. It starts off with the tail end of her banger "Stuck on Repeat" and then Perez Hilton brought up Kid Cudi to sing a duet with Lil Boots of his song, "Day and Night." Little Boots had previously made a Youtube video of herself covering the track and Cudi was impressed enough to get on stage and end her set with it. A little sloppy because I'm sure she's overwhelmed, but maaaan its still cool anyway. Plus, I'm pretty sure you can see the dude from Coldplay when the camera pans around. Wish it was possible for me to go!

P.S. more on Little Boots to come.

Pruane2Forever

I say Youtube is the best website on the internet. Boom. I peruse it almost daily and it always results in gems like "Pruane2Forever," alias: The Sexman. The majority of his 140+ films are reviews of movies, video games, and also more unique things like fights and the first day of school. While he does have a general idea of what he wants to talk about in his videos, he cannot avoid the inevitable rambling of a 13 year old. Also, the kid doesn't take any guff from commenters. Sidenote: did you know "commenters" is not an actual word?

His review of a fight he saw at school:

Here is his review of Zach Snyder's Watchmen:

And here is the trailer seemingly for his opus, dubbed The Sexinator vs the Sexman. Excuse the tedious introduction, this is obviously only in the early stages:

All I have to say is look out, Christian Bale.

Daft Punk Keyboard Magic

The internet has now produced the modern-day equivalent to the Mark McGwire "Official Mark McGwire Grip Baseball Bat":

Using your extended knowledge of home-row keyboard techniques, you can use the sample vocals from "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger." Now you can play just like the pros! Robot costumes and genesis of French electronica not included.

Diplo took two takes on this track:
